Delivery Service
The online shopping system only handles orders with net weight no more than 20 kilograms. For order with net weight over 20 kilograms, please send us an email to enquire about the shipping charge. “MrWB” will inform you the shipping charge and payment procedure by email.
The effective day of the order should be the date of all payment (include shipping charge) settled.
We will dispatch the order made within 7 working days after we receipt of your order payment. Each order will be delivered to ONE destination only.
Delivery cannot be arranged if only P.O. Box address is provided.
If your order cannot be delivered successfully, an email notification will be sent to inform you the self pick-up arrangement. You are requested to present your MYKAD (Malaysian) or your personal identification card when collecting the goods. If you are failed to collect the order with 3 months, we reserve the right to handle the order by our discretion and will not be responsible for any loss incurred to you.
If you request an extra delivery service when the first delivery is not success, a valid postage address should be provided and extra delivery charge will be incurred. The order will be dispatched within 7 working days after extra shipping charge is settled.
Goods Exchange
If you find any discrepancy or damaged good in your order, you should contact us by emailing to mr.woodbadge@gmail.com within 2 working days. You should return the damaged goods with official invoice to us by faxing or by email within 7 working days after the receipt of the goods. No door-to-door exchange service is provided at the moment. All goods can be exchanged once only. After checked the returned damaged goods and certifications, MrWB reserves the right to reject the exchange or refund request. In case of any dispute, the decision of MrWB will be final.
