​Sabeli Bakri, born in 1947, has been in scouting from his junior years as Sea Scout during the colonial years. An active member of scout, he was awarded the Duke of Edinburgh Award and a holder of Bushman Thong. He has received several medals from the Malaysian and the International Scout Associations for his contributions and achievements in Scouting.

Professionally prior to retirement, he served at the Sarawak Brooke Dock Yard as Senior Marine Engineer.

Today, Sabeli Bakri is Sarawak's Chief Regional Commissioner and a member of Lembaga Pentaraf Negeri (State King's Scout Standardizers) and a committee member of the Scout Shop. He is also member of the State Training Team holding 2 beads.
​Sudaryo Hj Osman, started his scouting years in 1979 joining the cub scout as the youngest member of 1st Kuching Scout Group. He was awarded the Lencana Ketua Pengakap Negara (National Chief Scout Award) and completed his Ujian Sikap (Standardization Exam -Bushman Thong) and also has received a number of Malaysian and International Scout Medals.

Specializing in Finance, he does banking and finance as his profession. Currently he is the Branch Manager of Malaysian Leading Bank.

Sudaryo Hj Osman is currently the Assistant Chief State Commissioner of Sarawak (Air Scout) and member of State Training Team also holding 2 beads.
